I was permanently banned from Surf RPG server 04/06/16 by Mango. 

Yesterday I was warned about not advertising for cheats as I had AIMWARE.net as clantag and was asked to remove this. 
Though I think it's kind of funny so I added it to my name again as I went playing competitive. Today I went back to the server, but didn't think of the clantag before I was in the server, looking for what other players were online and saw my tag. In an attempt to be funny I wrote something like: "Hey everyone. Jay is back with the noob weapons and ready to get some spawnkills. And advertising for cheats." No bad intentions, as I had been warned before and was told cheatadvertising could result in a permanent ban. So the first thing I did after writing this is to go gamesettings to remove my tag, but I was banned before I got to do it. 

So I did break the rules after being warned, but this isn't something you'd think of before joining a new server. I tried to be funny, but I've learned my lesson; there's no space for jokes nor mistakes. 

I spend a lot of time on this server and 2/3 of my time in CS:GO so I am very unhappy to be permanently banned. I try to be active on server and make it a nice play to stay. 

I will take part in a conversation about this if needed.

PS. Ruleset isn't updated as it doesn't say anything about advertising not being allowed. Just a heads up, because Mango told me he didn't even have to warn me the first time, but I wasn't even aware of breaking the rules at this time.

You could've just mentioned the cancer quote from the beginning. I've changed my oppinion and now think the ban should stay.

Vladimir let me put in my last 5cents before I ignore this topic for life, because I don't want to see this guy again. If I have to leave the server then sure, but he said "May you all get cancer" "I innerly hope you all get hit by a bus" and "you are a bunch of disgusting people"

I do not say I am god or the perfect one. I did say something back to him, as I was quite mad, like "You cryin'? Needa a napkin" But that is pretty much what I said.

About your thing with Twitch/youtube and so on. It was not just advertisement but advertisement of a cheatwebsite named Aimware.net

Don't consider your case as "already lost" until it is actually lost. You have a fair point in that the permanent ban is an overstatement. Ban length rise exponentially and as you've only got 1 prior ban lasting 24h this ban should be 1 week. But the length ban should also be equal to the rulebreak commited and that could, in your case, result in a ban longer than 1 week. 
Only thing left is to let one of the owners (or Vivi) to review the case and give their verdict.

The AWP is a way for low levels to get kills as well, but it is slightly harder to manage. I get it now. 

I have trash talked Mango in private, but I also have a sense that my case is already lost. Though I will still reply, as I find my ban wrong. I wanted to respect Mango, as he had already given me a warning which he did not have to. AND I WAS JUST ABOUT TO REMOVE THE TAG. Firstly, I tried to be funny. I wasn't apparently and you see it as disrespectful. This wasn't my intentions at all. I was, as said, just about to remove the tag as I was banned, I didn't even get a chance to remove it again because I have to be in a server (or am I wrong?) to change my tag, so didn't think of it before I was in. I am not interested in advertising as such, I am just trying to callout myself as a cheater (I am not of course, but I am as good as one ) this is how I find it "funny". Maybe that is the wrong term for it.

I can't really talk my case better, and I do actually agree with the ban, but a permanent one is in my eyes an overstatement as well. I was about to remove it. I keep repeating my self, but I simply can't see how I deserve a permanent ban. Except for trash talking Mango after coming to the conclusion of closing this thread. 

The enduring question of the "op" mac-7, and it's place on our server have been thoroughly discussed on one of our recent clan meetings. You are ofcourse in your full right to make a complaint if, accompanied by a suggested approvement. HOWEVER, bad-mouthing our server is in no way constructive nor is it going to help you. You're experiencing the consequences of this now that Manggo is able to further justify his ban against you.

We're in complete agreement regarding the "Let's make a porn", i see no harm in this quote, as the rightfull audience should be way past kindergarden.

However the relationship has evolved since with you and "yes", you should always refrain from talking in a disrespectful manner, unless it is of course, meant as a joke from the very beginning.

Now, please notice that all these incidents are not the very reason you got banned, but rather supplementary. Seeing you've gotten banned less that 3 weeks ago by Vivi, leads me to believe you have very little interest in following our rules.

CONCLUSION:
As of right now there is no rule stating that advertising cheats is forbidden. Rules does however state that ALL forms of advertising is prohibited... STILL i do not think this is your problem, as many others have and continue to advertise all sorts of stuff from twitch accounts to Youtube or websites. Your problem is not respecting an admin by not complying with his command to remove it AND then joke about it??? Your absolute first priority when warned by an admin should be fixing your mistake, not to get witty. A perm ban does, despite my conclusions, seem like an overstatement and i vote for a time-limited ban, but my vote will not be determining and i have no oppinion as to how long the ban should end up being.

I think those 3 sentences have nothing to do about the ban now.
I see it like that:
Manggo warned you the first time. He gave you a "second chance". You were able to change your clantag. And you did.
And I know we can only ban you for what you do on OUR servers. But why whould I want to tolerate that you are wearing that "clantag" on other servers or matchmaking. I mean... do it... that's your problem, but don't tell us. We are strictly against cheaters and those who make advertisement for it.
You had your second chance and you threw it away only "to be funny". I don't really get what funny is about that?! 

And to the MAG7:
There are so many people who don't like it because it's not fair (I don't like it ether, but not because it's not fair). It IS fair. Fair because newcomers with level 50 are able to kill all those high level players with that weapon... Do you want to tell me that that's not fair? It is the only chance for a low level to kill a high level. It's just not good when a high level player is playing with it against low players... BUT if it's like that people can just switch to that weapon, too.

If there is no Leader or Co-Leader who means you deserve a second chance, otherwise this Appeal is denied from my side.

I was gangbanged and said "Let's make a porn" also as a joke. It is estimated that the users of CS:GO is 16 years or above, therefore I think "Let's make a porn" isn't really a harrassing sentence, nor harrassing anybody. 

Sometimes you just need to let out your thoughts, you know. I was also told that if I didn't like playing here, no one commanded me to. I think the mag-7 is very op on the server, so I just said while an admin was online, hoping to take the issue further. Maybe one want to remove the Mag-7 from the server, as I am far from the only one? I could probably have said this in a less rude way, but it's not always easy being angry at a game and being sensible.

"You're funny, but all of a sudden you're a bitch" was directed towards our lovely "Yes". We were having an discrepancy, but as late as today, we spoke together on TeamSpeak and had a game of comepetitive gaming together. I think there's space for discussions on the server as this pulls us even closer together. I didn't mean to be rude, just tell that I didn't like his behavior at the time. 

I think 3 sentences, in which you didn't happen to be around and experience the situation, isn't much compared to my total connection time on the server: 3 days 03:36:32 hours. This means about 3 days and 2 hours of joy. 

I personally isn't looking forward to unban you, because I was nice and warned you, I never had a problem with you before the AIMWARE.net tag and there is space for jokes, but not horrible jokes.
Should be common sense not to advertise cheats, other server or other communities. I shortly after the ban went to your chatlog by gameme to see if anything else have been up with you and I found some pretty disturbing things.
