As promissed I looked into this now.
Watching the demo I notice something weird is going on when he shoots and someone is close to his aim.
That doesn't look normal to me.

The start of the demo he is clearly looking at the guy behind lader in CT, but he kills some other guy who happens to appear close by.

I am guessing he does use WH and he just play dumb most of the time in case of demo's being taken.. to show "fails".

But anyway, keep the ban for the aimhelper thingie.. there is for sure something there!

ich spiel zwar nicht oft poolparty aber für mich hat er nicht an
er zoomt immer von ecke zu ecke und guckt wo der gegner rauskommt... also weiß er es nicht
ich finde, das ist alles völlig normal 

Ist komisch gebe dir da vollkomen recht, aber vieleicht schauen sich noch andere sich die Demo an.
