Hey guys, I'm Slimpii, a casual player on the csgo AWP server.
Today i got banned by Marty, basicly just cause he doesn't like me. Here is the story:
I joined the server, was playing and talking with some casual people who I casually see on the server. After a few maps playing on the server Marty came in the server. I was still talking with people on voice chat and Marty noticed that and said in chat, Oh slimpii the attention whore.
I asked him why he had to say that , i didnt do anything to you? ( not sure what he answered then )
I didn't trashtalk back because i know he somehow doesn't like me. Little later, I notice SHE ( a trail member of GOG) saying telling Marty to unmute teamspeak. So they were together on TS all the time, but i will come back to this later on.
Next map, a guy that i know joined the server , called Less toxic but still toxic, Better known on the server as LeToucan or Dutch. We meet on the server pretty casually and we make fun of eachother often too, just for lolz. We both speak dutch so we speak dutch together sometimes. He has a funny dutch accent when he talks english so i made fun of it. Marty heard that and asked me to repeat what i said. He obviously heard what i said, he wants me to repeat it so he had a reason to ban me. I didn't repeat it cause i knew that was his plan from the beginning. A minute later he says "that's what i thought", to mock me off. I told him that it was pretty obvious that he is trying to get me banned.
Few minutes later I get the idea to consult a head admin about his, so i ask SHE in private on steamchat "Can you link me a profile of the head admin". Litterly 5 seconds after i close shit tab mode ( How to open like steam chat and stuff while in game ), Marty types in chat "Nice acquisations, good luck with reporting me ". A minute later he left the server, obviously to go talk to Nitro, who i was looking for to contact.
I was so pissed on SHE that she told him that, that I called her out and deleted her from steam. We were friends for few weeks orso. It was fun playing with or against her on the awp server. We never had any issues with eachother untill that exact moment ofc.
When Marty left, LeToucan began talking to me in game with voice chat saying that he doesnt have any problem with me, and that he was with Marty on teamspeak all that time. He even said that he was really trying to get me banned ( marty).
Few minutes later we got into a next map and Marty connects and says with a really happy voice "Hey slimpii, I have good news, I have the permission to ban you." I asked him what for, he said for trashtalking to LeToucan. Before i got banned, I notice another GoG member, aXept, not that it matters much but he saw it when i got banned but he just entered so he didnt know what happened.
Right when i get banned, i get a friend request from LeToucan. He ends up saying that he can't believe that he just banned me. I told him i don't believe that you didn't say anything when he said that i get banned for trashtalking you while you know we were mocking eachother. He said he did say it on teamspeak to him and that he is trying to talk to him.
I tried looking for a headadmin when i heared a guy called Nitro was the head admin, so i added this guy called nitro who i saw playing often on the server, but it wasn't the head admin. I shared the story with him and yea that's it. I tried to make an account on this website, but at logging in it said that my IP was banned, only hours later i noticed that i put my email instead of my nickname at the login table. But that was far too late.
So before that I found the IP of the GoG Teamspeak, and joined it , looking for a head admin. I found Nitro but he was busy or afk, so couldn't respond. Then i notice ViVi Kiwi who is a Co-leader. I told her my story and she was looking up the chat log from the server. Too bad most things Marty said was via voice, but the part where he called me an attention whore and where he said"nice acquisations" weren't. It took a while for Vivi to find chat log so i confronted LeToucan on steam again and i took a screenshot of it later on. PS: He was still with marty and SHE in the channel.
ME: If I would come into your channel with a higher admin than him, would you tell the truth?
HIM: Truth?
M: Yea, that he was provocating and get me banned, With other words , the truth
H: I'm on noones side
M: Thats not what i'm asking, I'm asking to say the truth. But if you don't wanna get in between it just say it then.
H: That's what i said, I'm on noone's side , marty asked me too, I'm helping noone.
M: It would just be easier with a witness.
H: Marty asked for help and i said no already.
M: Okay so you don't wanna get in between it. Fine. Might not matter cause she has chatlog anyways.
I showed this to Vivi and she said that this doesn't say anything. But I don't think so, cause I ask him to say the truth, if i would be lying to her, why would i ever ask him for telling her the truth? I even told him I'm not asking for any help just asking for telling the truth to Vivi.
After like 20 minutes I get the result of this case. Vivi comes to my channel and tells me that all they can do is reduce my month ban to 2 weeks. I couldn't believe my ears. To be honest I don't care as much about the ban as i think that Marty doesn't deserve to be an admin on that server. I reacted shocking and just left the teamspeak.
THE WORST PART: SHE (the trail member) was there all the time, even before i entered the server so she saw and heard it all happen. Before Marty left the the server to go talk with Nitro, I was asking SHE her honest opinion about me and how Marty is treating me. ( In private on steam ). She answers with: I wasn't really paying attention to what's happening. ( This is obviously bullshit cause she was with Marty and Toucan on TS) Later on , when Marty left to contact Nitro, Toucan told me that Marty and SHE are talking about me on TS all the time.

Main witnesses are SHE and LeToucan. Too bad they know Marty for a long time so they might hold back stuff, hopefully they end up telling the truth if they see this. ( xHermanFoxx was there all the time too, he might be a good withness , still trying to add him since he is offline).
Main goal from this thread, Check into Marty, I don't think he is a fitting admin.
Subgoal is to get me unbanned, not that it matters cause i still can play on it with multiple other accounts.
