Hey guys, I'm Slimpii, a casual player on the csgo AWP server.
Today i got banned by Marty, basicly just cause he doesn't like me. Here is the story:

I joined the server, was playing and talking with some casual people who I casually see on the server. After a few maps playing on the server Marty came in the server. I was still talking with people on voice chat and Marty noticed that and said in chat, Oh slimpii the attention whore.
I asked him why he had to say that , i didnt do anything to you? ( not sure what he answered then ) 
I didn't trashtalk back because i know he somehow doesn't like me. Little later, I notice SHE ( a trail member of GOG) saying telling Marty to unmute teamspeak. So they were together on TS all the time, but i will come back to this later on.

Next map, a guy that i know joined the server , called Less toxic but still toxic, Better known on the server as LeToucan or Dutch. We meet on the server pretty casually and we make fun of eachother often too, just for lolz. We both speak dutch so we speak dutch together sometimes. He has a funny dutch accent when he talks english so i made fun of it. Marty heard that and asked me to repeat what i said. He obviously heard what i said, he wants me to repeat it so he had a reason to ban me. I didn't repeat it cause i knew that was his plan from the beginning. A minute later he says "that's what i thought", to mock me off. I told him that it was pretty obvious that he is trying to get me banned. 

Few minutes later I get the idea to consult a head admin about his, so i ask SHE in private on steamchat "Can you link me a profile of the head admin". Litterly 5 seconds after i close shit tab mode ( How to open like steam chat and stuff while in game ), Marty types in chat "Nice acquisations, good luck with reporting me ". A minute later he left the server, obviously to go talk to Nitro, who i was looking for to contact.
I was so pissed on SHE that she told him that, that I called her out and deleted her from steam. We were friends for few weeks orso. It was fun playing with or against her on the awp server. We never had any issues with eachother untill that exact moment ofc. 

When Marty left, LeToucan began talking to me in game with voice chat saying that he doesnt have any problem with me, and that he was with Marty on teamspeak all that time. He even said that he was really trying to get me banned ( marty). 

Few minutes later we got into a next map and Marty connects and says with a really happy voice "Hey slimpii, I have good news, I have the permission to ban you." I asked him what for, he said for trashtalking to LeToucan. Before i got banned, I notice another GoG member, aXept, not that it matters much but he saw it when i got banned but he just entered so he didnt know what happened. 

Right when i get banned, i get a friend request from LeToucan. He ends up saying that he can't believe that he just banned me. I told him i don't believe that you didn't say anything when he said that i get banned for trashtalking you while you know we were mocking eachother. He said he did say it on teamspeak to him and that he is trying to talk to him.

I tried looking for a headadmin when i heared a guy called Nitro was the head admin, so i added this guy called nitro who i saw playing often on the server, but it wasn't the head admin. I shared the story with him and yea that's it. I tried to make an account on this website, but at logging in it said that my IP was banned, only hours later i noticed that i put my email instead of my nickname at the login table. But that was far too late. 

So before that I found the IP of the GoG Teamspeak, and joined it , looking for a head admin. I found Nitro but he was busy or afk, so couldn't respond. Then i notice ViVi Kiwi who is a Co-leader. I told her my story and she was looking up the chat log from the server. Too bad most things Marty said was via voice, but the part where he called me an attention whore and where he said"nice acquisations" weren't. It took a while for Vivi to find chat log so i confronted LeToucan on steam again and i took a screenshot of it later on. PS: He was still with marty and SHE in the channel.

ME: If I would come into your channel with a higher admin than him, would you tell the truth?
HIM: Truth?
M: Yea, that he was provocating and get me banned, With other words , the truth
H:  I'm on noones side
M: Thats not what i'm asking, I'm asking to say the truth. But if you don't wanna get in between it just say it then.
H: That's what i said, I'm on noone's side , marty asked me too, I'm helping noone. 
M: It would just be easier with a witness.
H: Marty asked for help and i said no already. 
M: Okay so you don't wanna get in between it. Fine. Might not matter cause she has chatlog anyways.

I showed this to Vivi and she said that this doesn't say anything. But I don't think so, cause I ask him to say the truth, if i would be lying to her, why would i ever ask him for telling her the truth? I even told him I'm not asking for any help just asking for telling the truth to Vivi. 

After like 20 minutes I get the result of this case. Vivi comes to my channel and tells me that all they can do is reduce my month ban to 2 weeks. I couldn't believe my ears. To be honest I don't care as much about the ban as i think that Marty doesn't deserve to be an admin on that server. I reacted shocking and just left the teamspeak.

THE WORST PART: SHE (the trail member) was there all the time, even before i entered the server so she saw and heard it all happen. Before Marty left the the server to go talk with Nitro, I was asking SHE her honest opinion about me and how Marty is treating me.  ( In private on steam ). She answers with: I wasn't really paying attention to what's happening. ( This is obviously bullshit cause she was with Marty and Toucan on TS) Later on , when Marty left to contact Nitro, Toucan told me that Marty and SHE are talking about me on TS all the time.

Main witnesses are SHE and LeToucan. Too bad they know Marty for a long time so they might hold back stuff, hopefully they end up telling the truth if they see this. ( xHermanFoxx was there all the time too, he might be a good withness , still trying to add him since he is offline).

Main goal from this thread, Check into Marty, I don't think he is a fitting admin.
Subgoal is to get me unbanned, not that it matters cause i still can play on it with multiple other accounts.

Sorry Shadow, but i opened the thread again to add someting:

Slimpi first of all: Reading the rules is a duty which belongs to ALL players who join the server. It's not the duty of the admins and especially not our (trial-)members to remind you on them. So if you do something against the rules it's your fault and not Marty's and especially not SHE's fault.
That refers to you speaking other languages than german or english in voice chat.

And second: Our admin rules say "§2. If a player breaks the rules, you have to warn him first. Do not kick/ban immediately. (exception: cheaters, offensive behaviour)". I guess you had offensive behaviour. That's why Marty didn't break the rule by not warn you first.
Moreover Marty had the permission of Nitro to ban you.

And third: I told you in teamspeak before that it's waste of time to open a thread. I don't understand why you wasted my time (1,5 hours) on teamspeak to get into this thing and helping you getting a lower ban length when you don't want to accept ist. You wanted to talk to a head admin. You did talk to two head admins (Nitro and me). Accept our decisions or don't waste our time in teamspeak when you want to open a thread anyway.

So I red everything through here and looked every single proof / log and here is the conclusion:

Admin abuse: rejected
- There is no proof that Marty would have done anything against the admin rules as he asked an owner about the ban (Nitro).

Unban request: rejected
- Voice chat is only English and German speaking. Marty tolerated that but i don't! And there are more witnesses saying that you provocated him, so i understand him being upset. I talked to Nitro, as he was there and as he allowed him to ban you, I will not decide otherwise. Anyways, your ban has allready been shortened.

Respect the admins and the rules next time!

You are new to the server and it's not up to you to say that i'm the only admin online... People like Lepi and Axept.

I can go deeper in this all day but it will have no effect or  what so ever. 
Since no other admin/leader is coming with a statement or interacts in this I will be the bigger man here and I will accept the punishement since I can keep on playing with other accounts. 
Still I want to give some feedback to everyone of GOG. I barely see other admin(members) join the awp server to see if everything is alright in there. Most of the time it's Marty who is there. I've noticed aXept becoming more active on the awp server so props to him. 
Also I was wondering if it's okay if i would block/mute Marty when i see him in game, if I wouldn't cross any rules. Ofcourse i understand that I will get kicked/banned if I do cross the rules. 
Also it would be more usefull if an admin of the server kicks the person who is breaking the rules, as a warning. I've never got kicked, just a straight out ban. 

That's all i got to say, answers on the questions above would be appreciated. 

PS: I did apologize to both, it's up to them to decide to forgive or not.

   Kay, how about when kitty was spamming "swear at Marty in turkish" and it wasn't like 1 time thing, you kept doing it till she left the server...
Another time is when kitty said something in her language and you picked it up and started talkin about potatoes in my mouth...

   np m8....That wasn't a confession that was a statement, and it doesn't say that you weren't trying to defend yourself nor that you didn't say anything back. After a few more minutes you started whining like a little girl so I wouldn't ban you.

It was stupid because you accused me and called me pathetic when you couldn't actually know, but I do also see your point. But I wish you would've asked me first instead of accusing me and calling me names, and then deleting me. And so what if I did? We are ALWAYS on TS because that's what we have to do as a member of GoG, to always be on the TS server whenever playing a steam game, and we were both there when Marty and you were talking. It's not wrong of me to let him know you want the profile of an admin, especially not a reason to call me pathetic.

I said I have a WITNESS, not that I myself have heard you. Because most of the times, a lot of people are talking in the voice chat and I can't tell the difference between all the languages, but I have said lately in the chat about the whole talking in voice chat in other languages, because I feel like it's my responsibility as a trial member to say that.
I didn't mention now that it was against the rules either - I just said someone else told me they heard you >talk shit< in some language. That is what I meant by that. I wasn't there to hear it.

But I've said all I know about this, I don't know any more. This is a decision between Marty and the other admins/leaders/owners.

How was that plain stupid? Put yourself in my shoes. I ask you for a link of an admin. Litterly 5 seconds later Marty says in chat : Nice acquisations, go ahead and report me . How was i supposed to believe that if I know that you guys are good friends and are on teamspeak together thatyou wouldn't have told him what i asked you on steam. You could have lied about it to cover up for him for all I know. Cause there was no other way i could think of that he could possible know at that precise moment that i was planning on reporting him.

If you really thought so, you are a trail member, we play together all the time, You NEVER told me that it was against the rules to talk in other languages , and all I say in other languages ( turkish ) is stuff like SHIT or FUCK , when I die. You are a trail member so you can always tell me it is annoying or not fitting or just tell me to stop. As a trail member you have the power to say that and confront me about it. And I would have respected that, and stop afterwards. You have never complained about me in all the time we played together on that server, and  now you are acting like I abused a rule or something. As a Trail member or member you should say this straight away to someone who is breaking the rules, not untill hell breaks out.

Thrid of all, I didn't say shit about you before you called me about of being an attention whore. I noticed you joining the server, decided to not talk to you, cause i know you don't like me and I don't like you , simple as that. I even asked you why you would say that, and what i have done wrong to you to call me out like that all of the sudden. And who are you referring to as "a person that made me say that", cause i was on my own, noone of my friendlist nor people that i know were on the server on that moment.

What is said about Fish ( talking trash in arabic ), was true , there were 2 algerians on the server, we were talking shit to eachother for lols. After all I was told by Fish ( after i got banned), that he is arabic too and that he somehow didnt have his headset plugged in, and he was surrounded by family members. He said that he tried to tell me to stop trashtalking, but i didn't hear anything about that. He ended up leaving the server cause of that. I apologized to him in private. Another false thing you say is that you didn't give a fuck about the Dutch accent and we just troll eachother. Cause when you came back to the server with permission to ban me, I asked you why , your answer was for trashtalking to Dutch (Le toucan ) And Fish. aXept was there and must have heard him too. (Note that I didn't have a clue back then what i did wrong to Fish, I contacted him after the ban). Another thing, you knew that I was trying to contact a higher admin cause i asked SHE about it cause like i said in this thread, 5 seconds after asking SHE in private for a link of a higher admin, you said in chat, nice acquisations. Any admin who has access to the chatlog of the AWP server can confirm this. When Marty wasn't on the server anymore to contact an admin, Toucan ( Dutch), opened up about the whole situation, saying that Marty is really trying to get me banned, that he is really pathetic if he is really doing this. Since he opened up to me about that, I opened up to him with what I thought ( still think ), the reason is that Marty doesn't like me.  I have 2 Dutch people who were there and shared the same thoughts as LeToucan  about Marty being really pathetic about it and trying to get me banned even tho he was calling me out and i didn't say anything back. I'm the SHE he has been referring to and I will try my best to explain it from ''my side'', seeing as I was indeed there and on the TS server, always am while playing - even though I already explained this to Vivi and Nitro.
Not sure where to start, but I will start by saying that I think Marty is a fitting admin for the server - and I'm not saying that just because I'm his friend, but because he keeps the server clean and steady. Basically doing his job as an admin. That's where the ban on Simpii comes in.

At the time of the ban I was also doing other things - so it's not bullshit what I said to Simplii. I didn't pay attention to all the things that were going on, including everything in TS as there was also one other guy there called Fish and him and I were also talking, but about something completely different. I can confirm that Marty had his reasons for his ban which I can understand.
Yes, he wanted to ban him because he thinks he deserves it, but he needed more proof for his ban because he didn't have enough - this is why Simplii is saying he thinks Marty was provoking him on purpose. Marty just wanted enough proof.

There are so many sides to this story apparently. ''Dutch'' was saying other things in TS. He never tried to stop Marty from banning him. He just confirmed that himself to me in TS. Seems like ''Dutch'' just doesn't want to throw anyone under the bus.

Okay, so i still don't know why I am doing this since everything was sorted out but here we go....

If your brain can't understand your own actions u need to stop pulling that he doesn't like me card. Yesterday I banned you not because I don't like you but because I've seen it coming from the very first time how you really treat people when you trying to impress others and that is NEVER a one time thing.

First of all, that up there is not a whole story. Everything started a couple days ago when Slimpii decided it was funny or cool (I don't know) to make fun of me in front of other player just couse they asked him to do it. I did nothing because i thought it was for the laughs and he will stop ( trust me it wasn't fucking funny ). Second time was really awkward since I was like 1 minute in the server, wasn't talking at all when i hear him say shit like "Oh Marty do you like potatoes in your mouth?...I think you do...You should put em in your mouth...
What the fuck was that Slimpii? And again it was because somebody asked him to do it (that somebody was the same person actually but that doesn't really matter)...

Other bullshit that he pulled off was constantly interrupting me. We were playing, some guy joined the game and started screaming so I told him to shut up, ofc he didn't listen and I was forced to mute him. NOTE: Slimpii wasn't really talkin to the guy and only were laughing at his screaming. And when that happen Slipmii started attacking me how I am a super bad admin and when i tried to explain why I muted the guy he started yelling admin abuse over and over again. I didn't do anything because I left server after that happen.

Yesterday(when the ban happened) I joined TS and server as usual and since couple of my friends were there I said "Oh fuck slimpii is here" and one of the people that were in channel were like "Oh yeah I don't like him, he was talking shit and yelling at people in arabic earlier"...( just to make this clear I only seen him act like that when atleast one of his friends around so i figured he was trying to be funny again )
I went ingame and said " Slipmii u such an attention whore ". It got loud so the last thing i heard was "Okay, I'm just gonna ignore you then". When I started calling him out he started acting like nothing happened and that it was all cool n shit.

I asked Dutch if Slipmii was talking shit to him he said that they are friends and they often do that so I stopped giving him shit about all that accent thing. After their long conversation Dutch came into teamspeak and translated almost everything...How you were going to contact with head admin and all your childish accusations how i'm so jelly of all your skins and that you have good relationship with another player. I don't give a flying fuck about your skins or about your relationships that probably gonna end in few months for basic reasons. You had nerve to ask my friend to do something for you and after that you fucking bashed her for the things she never even though of doing. And because of a ignorant little shit you are, you don't even deserve right to ask for ban removal.

And if somebody is still interested when I heard what he said to Dutch and what he said to SHE i contacted Nitro(and later I talked to Vivi)
and when explained everything I got permission to ban him so i did.


PS. After the ban Slimpii was telling Vivi that I was "provoking" him and when she checked chatlogs they had no proof of me provoking him(i was mainly using chat so pretty much everything is there) which leads to the fact that not only he doesn't know his place but also he got nerve to lie and accuse me of things that never happened.
