Hello everyone,

Steam profile "76561198023397345" abused his admin rights this afternoon on the Bhop server (46.20.39.51:27415 #9).

He forced a map vote without any reason.
The time of this event occured around ~12:06:52 (a bit before it).

I don't know his reasoning behind it, but he probably didn't like the map. This is an unacceptable thing to do on a bhopping server. There was also no chat rage going on about the map being bad or anything like that. It also couldn't have been a bug in the map cause we all know that bhop_lego2 is fine. Nothing was bugged on the server so there can't be any reasoning behind it but abuse of his admin rights.

Hopefully this issue gets dealt with and Mietze get punished accordingly to his abuse.

PS: On a side note I would also like to adress Mietze his behaviour in Muting people. If you just take a look at the first page of the "Muted people list", you can clearly see that Mietze is almost only Perma muting people. All other admins suffice with giving 1 day or hour bans. Mietze only hands out Perma or weekly bans. Now these people may insult him in a harmfull way, but if this only happens to him and not to any other admins (they don't have to hand out such harsh bans apparently), then you might want to question his ability of handling the atmosphere within a server.

First of all: thank you for your report.

related to Mietze's mutes: he is one of our most active admins. There are often people who are insulting very intense. I know Mietze as an admin, who warn people first before he imposes sanctions. So i assume that he has reasons for giving permanent mutes. And there is no problem in that because it is allowed to ban a person permanent, who is insulting very intense and doesn't learn from the admins warnings.

related to the admin abuse: I talked to Mietze (and Jaydee). Assuming that this was not admin abuse he only got a warning that this situation was difficult (especially on the bhop server). So I think it will not happen again.
Nevertheless Mietze apologized for his mistake that he didn't put the same map in the map vote altough he thought he had done that. 
If this happens again then please inform us about that.

and i like jaydee but actually we flame each other sometimes but just because i called someone my sweetie doesnt mean anything i do this very often with a lot of people

Jaydee is one of your best mates so he will obviously back you up your lie on there being a bug in the map. If this needs to be proven then this was a quote from you after I said "Jaydee " in the chat: "was willst du von meinem süssen"

Can we please start ignoring the idea of there being a bug and stay on topic, because we all know there wasnt a bug. There has never been a bug on the map and there never will be. The server couldnt have caused such a thing and a mapfile isn't all of a sudden going to change.

I would like the issue of Mietze abusing his admin powers to change the map for, a proven, no reason to be the point of the discussion here.

Actually i know that there normally is not a bug but it was there and i thoud i took the same map in again ^^

Lego 2 is not bugged or glitched.

As for as the arguments go i have no opinion.

MietzeKatze is lying about both his arguments. I just checked and the map does not have a single platform that is bugged. So his first argument on the vote is invalid. Secondly he just mentioned that he put in the same map in the vote. This is also not true. If you check my screenshot (initial post), you can clearly see that bhop_lego2 is not in the rocked vote list, neither is a vote to extend the current map. Currently it looks like you are making up lies to try and cover your flaw in the usage of your admin powers (the forcing of the mapvote). Please don't do this!

EDIT: A server has no influence on the editing of a map, so it can't be the server that would have been able to cause such a bug!

Ich habe einen Mapvote eingeleitet da wie gesagt die mapp bugged war und habe eine auswahl an maps gestellt wo auch dieselbe map nocheinmal drin war diese wurde aber nicht gevotet

he forced the rock the vote system causing the map to be changed to something else (a different map, NOT Lego2). So my reply still stands with the same reasoning. Same goes for my comment on his mutings
