Hello guys

I have a complain I would like to share with you guys about Nayiyate. This admin is not acting professional at all. He has subjectively a beef with me and as of that decides to always attack me 2vs1, knife me all the times and run away from me when he has low hp. This is indicating absolutely no fairplay, which of course isn't against the rules but an admin should show off better to regular players. I accept those things however he furthermore put his flashlight on (which is a sign of temporarily peace in GoG #5 - to show you are waiting and not attacking atm) and continually attacks me and kills me with flashlight on. That is imho sad as regular players as myself, don't attack people with flashlight on, and he takes advantage of that and kills me. When I call him out on it and tell him he is a noob/sad/low for doing it, he silence me. Noob/low/sad is not in any way an insult and I'm simply calling him out for playing like that against me. Also towards regular players, who plays so dirty, he has himself said exactly the same. I don't think he is sticking to his rights as an admin for silencing me when I'm not insulting him. He can't expect to play dirty like that without people telling him it isn't fair. That is something which occurred more than once.

He has furthermore banned me for 3 days when I told him to grow up and calling him a fucking noob admin. Now I know I should have used some other words, however when an admin steps on me like that multiple times I get heated because he has responsibility as an admin and shouldn't be like that towards anyone. Even then I don't think a ban should have taken place when it had something to do with my chat - and a ban of 3 days?
I request an headadmin to please look at this. Again I know I should have used other words (talking about my ban here - not about saying noob/low/sad as these aren't insults), however when an admin is targeting you alone then it is normal to get riled up.

Nayiyate has been given a permission to mute you by a Co-Leader for continual disrespecting an admin by calling him noob/low. Don't expect Nayiyate to respect you after that. The rules don't just say not to insult, but they also say to respect the admins. And don't tell me it's respectfull to call an admin "noob" or "low".  

The things you mentioned are not against the rules, neither the admin rules. That means Nayiyate did not behave abusively.

You didn't react at all. You didn't slay him and you didn't tell me you were gonna do something otherwise I wouldn't have killed him myself. To open the admin commands you don't have to be in ct spawn. You were immediately ready to slay me ½ sec after I killed him. That would not have happened if you would have reacted when I asked you as an admin to deal with it, but like I said when I ask you as an admin, you simply ignore me unless you feel like provoking me.

Yea thats why i said in the beginning, this whole thing is just stupid, so i told you to stop commenting about me (noob/low/sad) and just play the game because if that doesnt happen, I would just play my game. I have asked the leader/co leader regarding that issue of having no demo, but a demo is not required if i am not banning a cheater and the chat log clearly shows that you started the freekilling as I have commented on your ban (other admins and leaders can check it). If a leader or coleader wants to see the demo regarding you being "gang" (not freekilled) and i didnt do anything about it, I will show it to them and if they want me to post it here, i will post it here.

edit: Do you see the hypocrisy of what you are saying? because all of that n1 stuff, you were the one who started.I did not provoke you, I simply copied your childish behavior which I have mentioned before. As shard has said before, this is just a big bitch fight which i totally agreed, so whenever you are calling me names, I tell you many times to stop and you still dont stop hence the silence. I did not ignore you, as i have mentioned before if a leader/coleader wants to see the demo i will post it. 

If I wasn't clear in my chat you now know what I mean, as I said before you didn't have all the evidence, because he was also freekilling me. So I don't see any reason for you to revoke the ban as he even continued when I stopped.
Yes you DO provoke me with the things I have mentioned before. Ignoring when I talk to you from a player to an admin, gagging me for calling you sad when you kill me with flashlight on, laughs and saying n1 whenever someone kills me, telling that I spam the owner (which I didn't - and again nothing related to the people in the server), and so on.

I'm out for now and hope that a headadmin will go through this case.

More so about the ban. I wasn't being aggressive. I saw that you had banned me 1 day and Steelwaft one day and later changed his ban to 1 day of gag when he continually tried to freekill me and insulted me. So instead of giving him 1 days of ban and also 1 days of gag you decided to only gag him. I felt offended that he didnt get banned when he also was freekilling me (I also freekilled him.) When I asked you a couple of times and you ignored me and first answered around the 3rd time I ofc was getting a bit frustated. No I didnt assume you banned me without evidence however again I was upset over you revoked his ban as he freekilled me the same as I freekilled him. When I talked with you and you kicked me, that was when I became angry and told you to grow the fuck up and stop abusing your powers because I was talking to you and you kicked me for it.
Saying I constantly have an offensive behaviour is a lie as you or any admin can ask the players on the server that I'm always kind towards new players and also regular players and fairplay against all the people who do it to me ofc. However if you are provoking me without any reason, and I'm reacting on your provocations then ofc and you then has the power to gag/kick/ban me then ofc I'm offended by your lack of professionalism. It seems you have the right to start conflicts and provoke me and I dont have right to stand up for myself without me getting punished. Ofc I will be offended by that.

At first I ban steelwacft for one day because i thought he was the one who started the freekilling, however, later on I found out that you started the freekilling session. Ofcourse you are banned for 1 day if you started the freekilling. I changed steel's ban to gag because he was insulting you. So with this example, I should start slaying you whenever you insult me?

Again I do not provoke you, if I i want to provoke you, I will just call you noob/low/sad like you did to me.

I provoke you? I was just speaking the truth, i told you many times, if you have a problem post on the forum, why did you go spam the owner? I laugh and say to people n1 whenever they kill you? seems like you were the one who started doing that, I agree though i have been childish copying your childish behavior. Everytime you want to have a  discussion with me, I say just post it on the forum and you keep on going on and on and on. If i was abusing and not objective, i wouldve gagged you right away instead of warning you again and again and again.

About the free killing, when someone ganged you, I was playing. When I wanted to slay him, he was already killed by another player ( I even had a demo about it so you cant lie your way through, I waited to slay him to next round and I was T, so I was going to the CT spawn to go through the admin menu to slay him, the moment i want to press on his name, you free killed you. It doesnt give you any excuse to freekill when an admin is on the server even though I havent execute any admin action yet.

First of all, any of my actions that you have mentioned, are not against the rules, second of all, you started to show no fairplay after I banned you 1 day for starting a freekilling session. Why would I show fairplay to a guy who doesnt show me fair play? Furthermore, you stated that my playstyle is noob/sad/low, however you are doing the same e.g. 2 v 1, so why are you being so hypocritical? 

You calling me noob/sad/low, not 1 time, but a lot of times and I have told you all the other times to stop doing that and play, however you cant seem to do that, therefore I have to resort to silencing you. 

Banning you for 3 days more is more than justifiable. You asked me why I banned you for 1 day. I told you the reason but you seemed to missed it, so I told you to scroll up and read, and at that moment you were already talking in an aggresive tone. Not only that, you immediately assumed that I banned you without any evidence whatsoever. After that I told you to go on the forum to make a thread if you have any problem with the bans. After that you immediately say that Im a noob admin. I kicked you as a warning of that offensive behavior. However you claimed that I'm abusing my power. What? If i was abusing my power I would have ban you perm. And after that i told you again, just go on the forum if you have a problem, you continue with and I quote "you are a fucking noob admin man" "grow the fuck up". I have told you two times to just go on forum if you have a problem, however you decided to insult me, so 3 days ban is justified since you have just been ban for 1 day not long ago.

When Im not sure what to do with your constant offensive behavior, as a new admin, I seek consult from the leaders/co leaders. I couldve ban you for another 3 days, but I decided not to since it would just make this even bigger deal than it is. But you still dont stop, and today I have had enough with your constant comments and insults. Silencing you is also justified.
