I've got banned by Mietze for insulting a player while being under trial for membership.
I'm truly sorry for breaking Mietze's trust in me and putting the clan name to shame.
But I'm not taking any shit from someone new who is repeatedly ridiculing people whom are frequent visitors of the server.
I'm a patient guy, but if you hit my limit I'll just snap like that.
I know I should've never done this and I understand why Mietze has revoked my trail for the membership even though I begged for one last chance.
But why did he have to ban me for 1 month and the guy who instigated this whole thing for one week?
I'd understand him if I were the one that started insulting randomly, but this was not the case and will certainly never be.
Because I'm a guy who believes in justice and I try my best to strive for it (as corny as it sounds, this is a trait of me).
I hope you will shorten the ban Mietze, because I love playing in the RPG server and regard most of the regular visitors as my friends and some of them as my true friends.
Please don't take this away from me...

We talked about that on the Clanmeeting and you ban will stay and you will not be member again

This is exactly why I made a post here, to hear other people's opinion about it.
I understand that I should've never done this, but isn't an 1 month ban + denying a membership a bit too harsh for what I've done?
I'm sure you guys also flame from time to time, everybody does. But blatantly giving out bans like that, not even looking at the whole situation, is ignorant and feels injustice. What would you guys do if you were having a good time with your friends, on a Saturday evening, and all of a sudden somebody comes and tries to wreck that balance. I'm 100% sure that some of you would flame back at some point.
It's easy to think in black and white, because it takes a lot more trying to understand the true nature of the situation.

I hope you don't mind when I write my opinion on this case....

I personally share mietze's opinion on the ban and would not revoke / shorten your ban, because....
a) Especially in the case that you're getting insulted, you should be able to stay cool and try to calm him down or simply ignore him or (which would be the best way) call an admin and report this player.
b) You were in the trial term - which makes it even worse. 

I do not know what he or you said but only these two facts would make me ban you for the same length.

Anyway, I guess you will have more luck when you talk to mietze privately via steam.
