I'm a regular on your AWP and 1v1 servers. Today I started playing "Smuglinka", a Russian orchestral music to lighten up the mood. Not for long, just a few seconds. And without a single warning, I was permanently banned. Not 1 hour, not 4 weeks. Permanently. As a regular on the servers, I am NOT happy with this abusive ban.

I was muted and gagged, which means the admin blindly banned me for both although I was only using my microphone. I cannot even RTV now.

I have managed servers before, and I know this is not how you treat your players.

"Shhh" is not an appropriate type for warning, and permanent is not deserved.

§2. Every rule breaker has to be warned before taking any admin action (Even multiple times). Kicking/banning immediately is strongly prohibited! (exception: cheaters, offensive behaviour)


Jones, I think you should unmute the guy, if you didn't warn him.

Please consider making the voice ban months or even a year, but not permanent. These are pretty much the best servers I could find and I don't want to have any restrictions while playing on it.

Can you please also check how many players were in the server when I typed those? As I remember there were only 2. And I was testing how the microphone sounds. I would keep the music if they liked it... Only 2 people. No harm. No annoyance.

Go through the mute list, there's only 2 permanent bans for "spamming" out of 50 bans. You'd have to go through every expired temporary bans and make them permanent if you are insisting on keeping mine permanent. You haven't even warned me once.


RES is Round End/Start Sounds and it is probably the first thing people turn off when they join the server. They're like quake sounds: unwanted. Was the music I play unwanted and annoying? of course! Anyone can mute me if they don't like to hear it. They can tell me to stop. If everyone dislikes it, they can votekick me, they can call an admin to silence me for 10 minutes, 1 hour or even a month.


You have also gagged me. What for? Blocking me to communicate with other players through chat and using commands because I've played some music through my microphone?

today? well the mutlist says yesterday as you copied it out of the list and yes i silenced you permanently, all music spamers get a perm silence by the gog admins i know. so i blindly perma silenced you yesterday? i think not. we don´t need this kind of spam on our servers. blablabla but only for a few seconds blablabla wuahaaaaaa *cry*. again i don´t care. i silence all music spamers. a few seconds? i think 10 seconds are enough to see that you only want to anoy the people. russian orchestral music to "lighten up the mood" says it all. we don´t need this, we have the RES or the people listen to their own music.
