I got these demo's from another player on the server and uploaded them to www.idoshare.com/qawi
Just download the one for "inhuman".
 
Is it just me or does it appear like he got some sort of aim helper? 
I notice many times that he shoots right after he's aim goes up and down, but not what I would call a natural mouse movement.
 
The guy who reported him was actually suspecting him of WH, but when I watched the demo I noticed the weird shooting pattern.

Well well.. I told you a couple times, that something is wrong with him.. If you look close in "inh" and "inh2" you can see he has WH. It's just obvious.. Thats no human reaction.. He always looks at those right spots.. and his reaction to the enemys is just to fluent to be human. I also noticed a lot of shaking in his aim. Look at the demos.

and look from tick 1340 - when he shoots a guy in the left side.
isn't that a weird mousemovement after shooting??
it happens many other times if you watch though the other demos, but if you don't find this tick suspect then there is not reason to watch the others.
 
 

I am not home, but I can give you ticks later. However, you can just start with the last demo, it's shot and notice when he shoots (even though he doesn't hit), but it looks like aimhelper to me. I watched the other demos with drawplaymodels enabled and I thought the weird shake was lag, but watching without drawplayermodels and it looks like aimhelper!!
